We needed to find a piece of land that offered quiet get-a-ways and freedom to stretch out; we found what we we needed in Thornton. The land, it turns out, offered more to us then we first believed. What was to be a weekend get-a-way, hunting and camping place, turned into a homestead and a place of dreams. A house was placed, water added, septic and a 60x40 barn Piece by piece came together and in 2012 we turned our dream into full-time residence.
